EAD for H4 Spouse

Hi All,
I am looking for EAD for H4 Spouse. My spouse works in Pharmacovigilance as Drug Safety Specialist.
Can someone please help me with information on I-140, or if I can get H1 sponsorship for my H4 spouse bein in USA.

Can you clarify why you need H1 sponsorship? I was under the impression that once H4 spouse gets EAD, she is ready to get any job, just like H1B. Is my understanding wrong?
