Hi All,
Needed some information based on anyone experience -
I work full time on H1b and I'm dependent on my wife's 485 and we have EAD approved.
Can I open a company on dependent EAD and still continue to work on H1B? Are there any potential issues?
Also, is it possible to hire my wife on EAD as an employee? Would there be an issue filing AC21?
Just exploring my options and wondering if anyone had any experience with this?
