Hi,
My wife who is on L2 needs to apply for EAD. However, she is out of country at the moment and will be returning in a couple of months. We could wait for her return or otherwise apply for EAD while she is away to save up some time. The concern that I have is biometrics; if they are required, then she needs to be in US and we'll have to delay the application. However, I've read that if a paper application is filed, biometrics are not required. Is this true?
