dependent EAD linked to GC or L1

I have an L1 visa which is expiring on Aug 16. My spouse has an L2 EAD which expires in May 16.

I also have an EAD linked to GC that is valid till Jan 17. I don't have GC yet. Please can any advise on what should I do?

1) Can I apply for spouse's EAD linked to my GC EAD? What is the process? Can she work using that EAD even when she is on L2 visa?

2) Can I apply for L2 EAD extension using my current L1 visa which expires in Aug 16. Will the validity of Spouse's EAD linked to my L1 visa?
