I'm trying to fill my EAD application but I need a clarification and I hope some one here can help me out on it
Last year a H1B application was filed under my name, it went into RFE and was later denied (cited reason was something about employee-employer relations).
So, in the EAD application there is a question asking if I have ever applied for employment authorization before. Some people are telling me that H1B is not the same as empolyment authorization and that I can answer no to it.
Can anyone please help me out with this.
Question as in the form :
Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS?
Yes (Complete the following questions.) Which USCIS Office?
Dates Results (Granted or Denied - attach all documentation)
No (Proceed to Question 12.)
