I am interested in applying for EAD / AP Renewal. Filed thru marriage, but local USCIS office is very slow and did not receive RFE or Interview date yet since last 8 month application was filed. At current local USCIS office rate, I don't expect Interview atleast till end of June or later but I want to be pro-active and file for EAD / AP in April 2016.
As per USCIS - I am eligible to file for a EAD renewal from 120 days before original EAD expires (Aug 2016). In my case, I can apply in April 2016.
What documents are needed for filing EAD (I-765) AND AP (I-131).
There is no fee for for renewing EAD (I-765) AND AP (I-131).
My marriage based GC application was filed through Lawyer, I am afraid lawyer will ask for additional filing fees for renewal.
