Hello!
my wife is here in the US on H4 visa and she has a pending I-485 adjustment of status application. she will go on vacation for few months and I'm pretty much sure that she will need advance parole to reenter the US, but while I was filing form I-131, on page 2 it says "you do NOT need to apply for advance parole if you meet the the following two conditions:
1- you are on h4 visa.
2- you have a pending I-485 application to adjust status
"
so now I'm very confused because the last statement contradict with what I understand.
do you guys have any clarification on that ?
