I applied for GC, EAD (for me and my Wife) and Advance Parole for myself, my wife and my child in November 2015 and the case was received in USCIS on 12-Nov-2015. Advance parole and EAD already got approved for me and my wife and we received a combo card by end of Jan 2016. But the advance parole for my child is still not approved yet and it is more than 90 days from the date the case was filed. USCIS website still shows that Case was received status for my child. I had planned for travel outside US by mid of March allowing enough time for Advance parole to be approved. But as days pass by, i am getting nervous whether advance parole for my child would be approved or not on time. I tried calling the National service center and they say that they don't know when it will be approved.
Has anyone else encountered such situation? Wherever i read, the time for advance parole approval is mentioned as 90 days only. Is there a situation where it was not approved for more than 90 days?
