We the parents of a USC had applied for EAD and AP along with our I-485 AOS and our receipt date and priority date was 24th November 2015. We completed our biometrics for 485 and EAD 765 on 4th Jan 2016. As per USCIS NBC guidelines, The timeframe for approvals of EAD/AP is 3 months. But so far we have not heard anything and the online case status still shows "Case Received". We have confirmed our bookings fortravel on 10th March. Since 90 days time had crossed , I contacted USCIS customer center and they made a service request to NBC on our case. Moreover the Customer Rep had made a service request for EAD and said one receipt number is fine. He did not include our receipt number for AP. Does it mean that they look into the case of AP also along with EAD service request since our files include EAD and AP .
Is any one experiencing the same situation as mine. If so I would be happy to know and share. Probably for parents they do not give that much importance. Am I correct?
