Hi guys, I'm devastating right now, specially knowing that I made a big mistake not filing I485 with EAD renewal.
My husband's EAD card will be expire in May 13th, 2016. And when we made info pass, the immigrant office told us to wait until end of February to renew EAD if we havn't heard anything. So we basically have less than 90 days to wait.
What should I do? Are they going to deny the application as a whole or they are going to request supporting documentations? Can I make an infopass to turn I485 in? Can I withdraw that application and resubmit?
I'm doomed, and I felt bad for my husband, because it is my fault....
