I want to file for my EAD I-765 based on my husband's approved I-140.
My existing H4 will expire this October and I have already filed for the extension in Jan, expected to come by May/June.
So shall I file for my EAD now or will it be safer for me to file for it after my extension comes?
Is there any possible chance that if I file now my EAD petition will be rejected based on the fact
that I have my H4 only until October?
