EAD question - About Being in Status
I will be short and sweet.
I am in H1B with I140 Approved. H1B expiring in Dec 2016. H1B extension along with H4 EAD to be applied in June 2016 through premium processing. So the new h1B extension will start from Jan 2017.
Spouse in H1B expiring Sep 2016. Planning to change to H4 EAD.
Question:
1) When will the H4 and EAD start date will be from?
2) If the start date will be from Jan 2017, how can I keep my spouse in status?
