Hi guys,
I sent my OPT application to the USCIS on Wednesday 04/13, and the USCIS received it on Thursday 04/14. I received the receipt (Form I-797C, NoA) from the USCIS on Wednesday 04/20. And my case is track-able online starting just few hours ago (I saw 'my case was received' after tracking it at https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do).
My question is is it possible for me to change my mailing address for the EAD (and should I)? There was some complication from where I'm living right now and I need to move by the end of May. I put my start date as 06/15, so I was worried that changing the address might delay me from receiving it. I plan to put my school address as the new mailing address, as the office of international students at my school also helps receive EAD and notify students to pickup or forward.
What should I do?
Also if my EAD arrives a month after my preferred start date (say 07/15 in this case), does it mean my unemployment days accrue 30 days, even if I got the offer before that?
Thank you.
