I-765 receipt notice

I filed I-765 at VSC on Feb 13th 2006. I didnt received receipt notice yet. I cannot check whether cheques are encashed or not as my lawyer filed case. But my lawyer is a dumbest person i ever met.. i dont know what to do. any suggestions in this matter

is the receipt supposed to come to you or to the lawyer? your lawyer may be dumb but her has to act since it was been one month already.
