Hi I am on EAD/AP status with a PD of 25th Sept 2009. My wife has an EAD/AP on my filing and also an H1 through her employer. I plan on quitting my current job to pursue something on my own. I have the below questions and would appreciate a response. I do plan on consulting a lawyer but wanted to get other opinions/experiences from folks too.
1) Do I need to have a job on my EAD
2) Does not having a job impact my GC processing in anyways
3) Can I leave the country multiple times and re-enter on my EAD/AP
4) Does any of this impact my wifes EAD status
5) Can my wife leave the country and reenter if I do not have a job
6) How long can I be without a job
7) When its time for my GC to be approved will they check my job previous job status and will there be any issues
