I have been reading some of the posts here, especially the application timelines. So, here is my timeline and I would be asking some questions later.
April 29, 2016 - USCIS received my application for both i-130 and i-485
May 5, 2016 - Received payment for biometrics
May 6, 2016 - Notice of Receipt delivered
May 14, 2016 - Biometrics notice for June 1, 2016 appointment
June 1, 2016 - Completed Biometrics
So we never realized, and nobody told us that If i wanted to get an EAD, that we should file the form i-765
June 15, 2016 - Fedex sent me a notice that It i-765 had been delivered
My question is, will the processing time for i-765 still be the standard 75-90 days, although i have already completed the biometrics 2 weeks ahead? or will it be lesser?
Is there a way for me to expedite the process?
I am asking questions because, I really want to start working in able to help my husband, who is currently working 2 jobs.
