EAD on L2 ( Fresh or Renewal)
Hi,
I had EAD from 2011-2013, based on L1b Visa for my spouse. I did not renewed my EAD after expiry and moved to H1B status.
Now my spouse is on L1A visa from different employer. I want to again convert to L2 and then apply for EAD. Now my questions are:
1. Based on above details, while filling i-765, do i mention my case as renewal of EAD or fresh EAD as now my spouse is on different Visa with different employer. So my L2 would be based on different petition.
2. The A# number mentioned on my old EAD card, is it my Alien Number that needs to be entered in i-765?
3. I would be applying for i-539 (for L2 status change) and i-765 (for EAD) concurrently, would you please let me know on what address do I send the application and supporting docs if sending these two together? Also can I send them in 1 envelope?
