EAD card -Timelines
Hello everyone,
My EAD(I-765) has been approved on 24th July and I didn't receive the Approval letter and EAD card yet and showing status as "Case approved" in online.As I have job offer and need to join in another one week,Can anyone help me on the below points-
1.What is the process after EAD case got approved,do I need to go for bio metrics etc?
2.How many did it take for Approval letter and EAD card(when I called customer care,there were telling that it might take another 1 month for Approval notice and 2 months for EAD card?),Is it really the case?
3.Can we work by with EAD case approved status or do I need to wait until Approval letter?
Please advise or share your experience!!
