Hi All,
My attorney is unavailable right now, can't ask her my question. Hope somebody here can help me.
I am on H1-b, my employer's attorney filled I-140 and I-485 concurrently (plus EAD and AP for me and my wife on H4) three weeks ago. Today we received Notices of Action saying "We have received your case and it is in process..." from Texas Service Center.
When my wife can expect her EAD considering no premium processing was requested? Does 90 days rule applies in this case? Is it safe to assume her EAD arrives within 3 months? Or EAD starts to be processed only after I-140 is approved?
Thank you for answers.
