EAD pending but i-94 expired.
Hi everyone,
I would like to ask for your opinions and if you coiuld share your experiences with me.
FACTS: EAD expiration -june 16, 2016
passport expiration - june 16, 2016
I-94 expiration - june 16, 2016
L2 visa valid until 2019
What i did: Renewed my EAD on May 6, 2016
Renewed my Passport and received it by July 8, 2016
Problem is: I am not aware that i need to extend my I-94 which expired June 16, 2016. So in short now I am out of status siince June 16, 2016, but I am still waiting for my EAD pending (98th day today). Another application pending is our I-485 , EAD, I-130 under my husbands appplication.
WHAT WILL I DO: Some i read, they seek help from Ombudsman/local congressman immigration officers.
Appreciate your ideas.
