  • Can I travel to 2 countries with Advance Parole?...

I'm on TPS (Temporary Protected Status) with an approved AP. I'm trying to go to my country of birth to visit my grandparents who are sick and want to see me. I was also wondering if it is possible to fly from my country of birth to a different or another country to visit my fiance, then return to the USA from my second destination without any problems. Will this get me in trouble or can i do this as long as i return within the permitted time i was approved. Can anyone please answer this question or anyone who has had a similar experience. Thank you for your help.

Countries you visit before returning to the U.S. are not affected by the Advance Parole, though you might be asked at the Reentry interview where you have een and why.

        thank you.

Thank you for your reply, Ray B. I want to go to Honduras to visit my grandparents who are sick and then go to Germany to see my fiance who I haven't seen in a while and I miss so much. I'm just afraid of what the consequences could be if I take my chance doing this. I have a clean record, I've never done bad to anyone, but there is always that risk that you could get denied re-entry. I want the opportunity to return to the USA.

          Alex,

Denial of reentry to the U.S. could occur for many reasons, but not for visiting two countries while your Advance Parole is still valid.

There is no problem with this being your first time using the Advance Parole, so long as you don't miss your Adjsutment or Biometrics interviews.
