My wife is currently visiting India. Basically we went on March 2016 and I came back on April. She is planning to come back on october 2nd week. Currently our AOS is pending and EAD AP combo card is expiring this december. My question is can she come on october or it has to be earlier than that? I am working on EAD AP extension right now, can I submit both of our forms now or it has to be after she is back in US? Please advice
