Hi,
My daughter (6.6 years old) received two identical pages (I-512L, Authorization for Parole) in the mail today. Is this means her I131, APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT has been approved and that she can travel abroad? On the I-512L page, the "Approved" box is checked, the "Conditions/comments" is not checked. At the bottom, on the left side is her photo, on the right side is a blank box (not stamped) above that it says Parole stamp and above that it says "Texas Service Center. 8001. Stemmons Freeway. Dallas. TX 75247) National Benefits Center Parole Stamp".
1.) Why does she has two identical I-512L?
2.) Any action I need to take after receiving I-512L?
3.) Does she needs to carry both I-512L copies when we travel outside the U.S?
4.) We have many trips planned. Can she uses for numerous trips outside the U.S?
5.) Does she has to surrender the I-512L copy each trip she travels?
6.) What is the blank box on the bottom right side of the I-512L that says "Parole Stamp" is used for? Why is it blank? What is the purpose of that box?
7.) I am an EB1 with no LC required, why only daughter received I-512L, is there a time frame myself and my wife also expected to receive I-512L?
8.) We have a plan to visit India next year (around June-July 2017), if we dont get green card by that time, is it recommended postpone the travel?
9.) What is the next step after I-512L?
10.) What is the time frame we can expect green card to be approved? Since my daughters I-512L has been approved
Thanks in advance!!
