EAD and AP approved but card not yet delivered

I would like to ask if anyone of you had this kind of experience. My EAD and AP were both approved August 3, 2016 but my card or the form I-766 was not yet delivered. It was more than a month now and my status online hasn't changed. It has not even moved to "Request for Production". I would like to ask if how long should I wait for my card to be delivered to me? Also where to inquire about my card status?

You need to call USCIS customer service and let them know of the situation. Typically the cards gets mailed to the applicant within 7-10 days after the case gets approved.

Thank you so much. Me and my husband thought it was polite to wait but guess we wasted more than a month waiting for my card to be delivered. Will be calling immediately

how to dial/enter a letter on a phone dialer?

I do not know how to type a letter while on a voice call. I am calling the USCIS and they are asking about my receipt number which has letters on it. To get my call processed I need to type or put in my receipt number. I need your help on this please. I am using an IPhone 5s.

You need to click the numbers corresponding the letters on the dial pad. For example, if your receipt number starts with "LIN" you will need to click "546" and then the entire receipt number.

You can always select, "I do not know my receipt number", from the options and talk with a human person and give them the receipt number.

Hi, I haven't received mine either, after three months! Did you receive yours? I am so desperate! It has been so long and don't know what to do! Please let me know if you received yours or if you were able to do something about it.
