Ead and aP after re-file of i-485

[Xanxan]

February 2016 we initially applied i-130,i-485,i-131 & i-765 concurrently.

Here are the timelines:
02-25-16 i-485 accept fingerprint fee
07-06-16 i-485 ready to interview
07-12-16 i-485 interview scheduled
08-09-16 i-485 interview date
08-11-16 i-485 rfe for medical form completion
08-30-16 i-485 rfe for another part of the medical form to be completed
09-15-16 i-485 decision:denied due to incomplete medical form ( a tick on a box to confirm no syphillis)
09-16-16 letter received

08-30-16 i-130 approved

05-23-16 i-131 approved

05-21-16 ordered new card
05-24-16 mailed new card

So EAD & AP are void now. While we were waiting for the i-485 decision, we bough airfare for December 2.

We decided to refile i-485,i-131& i-765 with a copy of the approved i-130 notice. We also went to a different doctor for the medical form completion. We are going after the first doctor for negligence (another story).

Pretty sure now that there will be another biometrics appointment.

Will there be another interview?
Will the new EAD & AP come faster? Can we expedite using the doctor's error on initial filing as an excuse? I know its not one of the criteria for an expedite.

I realy hope the AP comes in time before the December 2 Flight.
