I-485 and I-130 filed. Waiting for EAD.
Hi,
Trying to keep it short. Here's my question: I'm currently employed at a company and I would like to keep it that way. I personally filed my I-130 & I-485 along with an EAD which the USCIS received on September 30th
My current H-1 visa is expiring on November 12th. Is it definitive to assume I can't be employed from Nov 12th until my EAD gets approved?
