EAD and Parole approved in USCIS site again reopned after one day

My 485 EAD and AP was approved on October 3rd in USCIS site and on October 4th the status changed to case reopened. I am the dependent and my spose who is primary is still on Received status.Anybody have the same issue. EAD is pending for last 87 days. We had biometrics done on August 8th .This is Eb1C case.
