H4 EAD Extension

Hi, i have H4 EAD with me which is valid until Jan 23rd. My husband's employer is filing for H1/H4 extension for us in premium but they can't file for my H4 EAD extension as I am not employed with my husband's employer. My question is, how can we include the H4 EAD extension with H1/H4 extension so that everything gets approved in one shot as they are clubbed. I don't want to wait for 2-3 months for EAD extension approval after H1/H4 gets approved in Premium. At the same time we can't ask my husband's employer to include the EAD extension along with the visa extensions.
