Do I need a translated marriage certificate as an L2?

Hi everyone, this is my first post, such a great forum!!

I have a quick question - I have an L2 visa and am applying for an EAD, what do I need to submit to prove that I am the spouse of the L1 holder? Is there anything I can use except the marriage certificate? It is not in English and I want to avoid having to translate it.
