Hi all,
I've been searching online but can't find an answer to this.
So my EAD is going to expire on January 11th and my greencard interview is on December 7th. Do I need to go ahead and renew my EAD now?(I've discovered it should be 90 days prior) I've received mixed reports about whether you have to pay the $380 for renewal and money is a little tight right now. Will this mean I won't be able to work while they are processing a new card?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
