Hello,
I recently married my fiance (US citizen). We have been dating couples of years, and we were planning to marry after both of us are settling down. However, recently we decided to marry for my visa status because I was unemployed more than 90days after Post-OPT start date which makes me be in a tight situation.
Now we are in a process of applying I-485. My question is whether I should apply I-765 again. I already have EAD card through Post-OPT, but it may be not valid because I violated 90days unemployment rule.
