Waiting on Advance Parole

Hey guys... I am starting to feel a bit sad/anxious because I haven't received my bio metrics appointment or anything from them.

USCIS received my case on Oct. 12,2016

and that's it!

My attorney had tried to get it expedite but it got denied and they had told her that she would receive a call in two weeks...those two weeks went by and my attorney called them and now they told her to call back in 15 days!! January 5th would be the day to hear something back.

Do you guys think I'm getting denied or what do you guys think? I know that they are currently working on cases that were accepted before October but I have been reading of cases in September that just got approved so do you guys think I am next?

What's your processing center? You can check processing times online or by calling the USCIS helpline. If you're NBC/MSC, like I am, then the center is quite backlogged on AP cases. They are still processing cases from July.
