Second RFE ? EAD for OPT

Hi,
So I have applied for my EAD card and got first RFE asking for my transcripts, proving my enrolment in university for one full academic year. which I sent them back and they received. At the same time got another email notification for RFE. here is the time line.:

- Application reached to USCIS: 11/02
- First RFE for additional evidence (transcripts): 01/17
- USCIS received the RFE documents: 01/30
- [got an email for the "Request for Evidence Response Review" for the 1st RFE on 01/30 at 8:00 am]
--->[got a SECOND email for the "Request for Evidence" on 01/30 at 3:20 pm!!!!!!]

- As of 02/08, I have not received any documents in mail from USCIS
- I have schedule an appointment call with Tier-2 officer today, still waiting for the call.

I have a confusion on this, if this happens with anyone??? I mean, This application was for getting EAD card for my OPT. They asked me transcripts, and I send them back... NOW WTF THEY EVEN WANT ???? and If they want anything, why I have not received anything yet?? This is just pissing me off..

Has anyone here with same experience ? Any suggestions ???

So, my card got approved on 02/10 after expediting the case on 02/08. The 2nd RFE notification was false flag in their system.

No, its for initial OPT

are you talking about I-20?

How to contact congressman/omdusman

Hi All,

I am waiting for my EAD, category a18 at Vermont...have already raised first service request and now, I am on day 83.
Can somebody please tell me how and when should I contact the congressman/ombudsman please?

I will be highly obliged.
