I'm traveling hopefully in a couple of week. I got my AP approved. My question is this one. I'm going to mexico thru Tj and when i come back same thing I'm coming back thru Tj. Do i have to go get my AP paper stamped first in order for me to cross back to US? Or if i go in a car sometimes they stop cars and check but sometimes they don't what can i do if they don't stop the car i go in??. My lawyer told me i have to get my AP paper stamped because my husband is filling me he is a USC. Can anyone plz help me out here I'm a lil confused. Thank u.
