Hi,
My wife is from Hong Kong and has never had a driver's license before. We are in the process of getting her EAD which was suppose to come but keeps getting lost in the mail. She came over with a K-1 visa and now we are married. Can she get a driver's license without an EAD or is there some over document that we could provide so that she can get a license in the meantime? She is also in the "changing her status" phase as well. Thanks.
