Hi,
My wife was suppose to get her a letter for the biometrics for the EAD back in 11/05 but as of right now she hasn't received it. Each time we call USCIS, they claim they will send it again and we've already called about 3 times. This seems to be a never ending process. Does anyone know what we can do to get aroudn this? Thanks.
