What do i do when the 90 days after submitting the renewal for my EAD card did not receive it from USCIS?

Unfortunately you have to wait aleast 120 days after they receive your file to make an inquiry. Depending on the office handling your case it can take a long time. You can make an info pass to visit the office. Have you checked the status using your reciept number?...its not very accurate at all times but it will atleast tell you if you received important documents
