EAD extension
Am on H1-B. My 6 year on H1-B will be done by July 14 2017. My Green card was filed under EB1 category back in October.
I received my EAD with a validity until Jan 2018. Here are my questions:
Q1. With the current pace of processing timeline, it is unlikely that I will get my I-140 prior to Jul 14. Can I extend my H1B with my EAD?
Q2. If answer to Q1 above is No, what if I do not get my I485 by Jan 2018, will I have a possibility of extending my EAD?
Q3. With the current processing timeline (Nebraska center). When can I expect my I-140 and I-485 (Multinational manager category) if everything goes normal?
