Hi,
I applied for an ead on feb 4th 2017. USCIS received the case on 6th. On 14th March my status got changed to request for additional evidence mailed. But i did not receive the mail till 31st. So on 31st March, i raised a service request that I did not receive any mail.
Now, today when I am checking my status it shows, mail has been received back by USCIS as the post office could not deliver it.
I received the receipt number on the same mailing address but i dont know how and why the rfe mail went back.
Also, i register on uscis and saw my case history. It shows that on 3rd april they received my inquiry that i did not receive the rfe mail. And on 4th April the officer rsponded back to my inquiry.
But I did not receive any reply from them.
I seriously dont know whats going on.
Can anybody suggest me what should I do now? And Can i go for infopass???
