Lost EAD card - need start date for renewal

In order to complete my EAD renewal, I need the start date of my current EAD. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the card so don't know what that is.

I've tried the National Customer Service Center number but can't find an option that's relevant, or any way of talking to an actual person.

Is there a number I can try to get this information, or perhaps something I can fill in on the application instead of the start date?
