Documents for EAD

For EAD - one of the document is required birth certificate.
We have used School Leaving certificate birth date for my spouse for all legal documents.
She has a birth certificate but date of birth on birth certificate and school leaving certificate has one month difference.

Our GC has been filed and we have used School leaving date of birth for her DOB.
I am worried and want to know if our EAD date comes and USCIS ask birth certificate and it does not match .

In such case what should we have to do? what are the options we can do now?
Any court affidavit works?
