Hello all,
Unfortunately, like many other people, USPS also lost my EAD. I'm filling for replacement of lost/stolen EAD under (a)(12). I checked the i-765 instruction and looks like I've to pay the biometrics fee of $85. But when I look at this forum I see people not paying biometrics fee. So my question is do I've to pay the biometrics fee when filling for the replacement EAD under grated TPS status?
