I am on EAD since 2012 April, set to expire in 2019 June.
My ex-employer who sponsored my I-140 withdrew it recently and the law firm contacted me for AC-21 filing. I have worked for another company since I left the sponsoring company and have been willfully out of job for some time now, to take care of some other very important stuff. Do I need a job offer to show for AC21 filing, any advice on this? What problems can I face in future e.g an RFE? How long can I defer getting a job/AC-21 filing since I don't see getting a GC till late next year?
