I came to US with F1 Visa and i filed Asylum. While waiting for a decision i would like to go visit my ailing (sick) dad that has been persecuted and is living outside my country of Origin. I am planning to go in December 2006. Do anyone know when will be the appropriate time to file for Advance Parole and which other documents i can provide to support my demand.
