    help me

    I filed i485 3 months ago when we realized that i did not include I 765 (EAD).i am just reading some threads when we realized our mistake. Something that our lawyer should have checked and not overlooked....

    They just me a -RFE (RECENT TAX)Should I send THE EAD WITH the RFE? IM really worried. Anybody who has been in this situation?
