Hi,
My wife have received EAD recently which is valid till 2007 end (my I-94 validity last date). We are travelling back to India due to some urgent situation. While in India, I need to get new L1 due to expiry of current L1.
My questions
1) Do I need to reapply for EAD again for my wife once I come back from India or can she work on same EAD which is valid till 2007 end?
2) Is EAD's expiry linked to Visa expiry or is it linked to I-94 expiry?
