Hi all,
I submitted the concurrent I765 and I-485 on March 31. Paid all the fees
April 19, they rejected my 765 said I didn't pay the correct fee (Which I believe I did, since I got the receipt for I-485). So I resubmitted the 765 with 485 receipt and a letter of explanation.
I did my Bio metrics on May 19.
Today, June 19, I received my AP and travel documents. I checked the status of my I765, there was nothing change. They didn't state they received my re-submission or anything else.
My questions are:
-I won't be able to receive the combo card right? I will have EDA and AP separately
-What can I do with USCIS on this case? Is there any chance I have to re-submit the I765 request again if they cannot find my re-submission? I still keep all the receipt.
Please let me know your opinion on this.
