Need suggestion - 3 months are almost complete and still waiting for EAD

Hello Friends,

I need suggestion on should I be worried or just wait or what should be my next steps on below scenario.

I have applied for my I-485 and I-765 along with my wife based on her nationality.
I am Indian and my wife is Japanese.
Application received by USCIS – first week of April 2017
Biometrics done on – mid May 2017
It’s been almost 3 months now and I am still waiting for my EAD.

When I check online on USCIS website, it gives error.
I called USCIS and they said it’s under process.

i just want to share my experience: Im a NY filer


March 15 - Documents received
March 24 - checked encashed
March 25 - Received Email confirmation
March 31 - Received 4 I-797 in the mail
April 8 - Biometrics appointment received
April 19 - biometrics appointment
May 8 - I485 status change to ready to schedule interview
June 8 - Raised SR ( called their hotline) (day 85)
June 21 - Raised SR again online ( Day 98)
June 30 - status of i765 change to card is being produced ( day 107)
i think its just taking really slow because of the numbers of people applying...

My EAD status has changed to - "New Card Is Being Produced"

Today my EAD status has changed to - "New Card Is Being Produced"
So I guess I will receive the card in a week or 2.

Received my EAD

Hello Friends,

I have received my EAD now. It took exactly 3 months from the time of application.
I'm glad I finally received it.
