HELP - what reason did you guys use to trvaek besides dying relatives???

I haven't seen my mother in 19yrs, trying to go visit her and my grandmother. I am also trying to adjust my status, I currently have a EWI under my name. long story short I came when I was 10yrs old.
my father never went to court for me... currently under TPS, my lawyer recommends I find an organization who can sponsor my travel abroad. I HAVE no sick or dying relatives that I know of. any other ways you guys got approved? please let me know asap. any churches you guys would recommend- thank you
