EAD/Parole After Unlawful less than 180 days (245k)

Hi,

My L1A was denied in 02/16/2017.
My I-94 was expired in Oct/25/2016.
I applyed for EB1C (I-485) in April/21/2017 (unless than 180 days unlawful presence). Its "in process".
I applyed togheter for I-765 and I-131. Both just approved.
If I travel outside the US, do I risk not being admitted due to the period of Unlawful presence (less than 180), even though I used the 245k?

There is always the risk that an AP holder will not granted parole to re-enter the United States, as it is ultimately at the discretion of the CBP officer at the port of entry

However, there is nothing about your situation that warrants specific concern. People in your situation travel and return on AP all the time
